1. Data controller

The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR is Tomasz Motkowski, trading as Portima, registered in Poland.

2. The RowTap app

What the app stores

RowTap stores only the information you enter yourself while using it:

• the names of the projects you create,
• the current row count for each project,
• the date of the most recent activity in a project.

This data is written to local device storage only. It is never sent to a server, never uploaded to the cloud by the app, and never shared with third parties.

What the app does not do

• it does not require an account or an e-mail address,
• it does not connect to the internet to transmit data,
• it contains no analytics or tracking tools,
• it shows no advertising and uses no ad networks,
• it collects no device identifiers and no location data,
• it does not access contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

Deleting your data

You can delete projects inside the app at any time. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all stored data from your device. Because we keep no server-side copy, that data cannot be recovered — and we have no way of seeing it in the first place.

System backups

If you have iCloud Backup enabled, the operating system may include app data in that backup. Such a backup is created and managed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy and is outside our control.

3. The portima.pl website

This is a static website. It uses no marketing cookies, contains no data collection forms and runs no user-tracking analytics.

The hosting provider may log standard technical connection data, such as IP address and browser type, in order to keep the service secure and functioning. This is done on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. E-mail correspondence

If you write to dev@portima.pl or dev@portima.pl, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message solely in order to reply. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest, or — for enquiries about services — steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter, and afterwards for the period resulting from statutory limitation periods for claims.

5. Your rights

To the extent that we process your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

For data entered in the RowTap app you exercise these rights yourself — the data sits on your device only, and you can change or delete it at any moment.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13. Since the app collects no data from anyone, no such risk arises.

7. Changes to this policy

If future versions of the app introduce features that require processing data — synchronisation between devices, for example — this policy will be updated before those features are released, and the date at the top of this page will change.
